Boards123 | Digital54 Ltd is passionate about building high-performance boards.

This includes understanding how boards can make a positive global impact. You may think this is a big task, beyond the scope of the boardroom.

In this podcast, we speak to Roma on how small changes in the boardroom can make a major impact on sustainability.

Roma Rani Biswas and Anne Orr discuss their research project on how the use of digital tools, leadership training and communication in the workplace can make an impact on not only business efficiency, but also the sustainable leadership, increase representation, improve diversity and inclusion and improve environmental performance.

Roma conducted the research project as part of her 1-year postgraduate studies on Sustainable Leadership in Queens University Belfast. Roma has now returned to Bangladesh to continue her career in the Bangladesh Public Service.
