How to build your leadership skills

This training session will raise awareness of the leadership behaviours that you may already be demonstrating

In your board role, you will develop leadership skills such as decision-making, strategic thinking, empathy and negotiation.

During the session, attendees will learn how to identify and develop key leadership skills and behaviours that will improve their career path and create a positive impact in your community.

We will explore and develop your leadership goals, alongside the wider social trends of environmental, social impact and good governance, which are essential for board membership and good governance.

All participants will have the opportunity to design their own personalised leadership development plan.
